I’m so excited to announce a new series on Life’s Collections:
Honor your Heirlooms: Share the stories of your stuff
Our “things” can tell the story of our life – what we love and what is most meaningful to us. Instead of keeping these mementos boxed up in the attic or basement, it’s important to document these stories and use or display these treasures in your home.
I’ll be featuring favorite keepsakes from those in and out of the public eye.
Feel free to send us the story of your stuff either here or on our facebook page.
Look forward to hearing from you!

I went on a duliettercng spree of my basement after the pipes in my house burst last year; because the reno people just threw things into boxes with only marginal organization ( office ), it was actually just easier to take a quick look through the boxes to see if there was anything of massive importance, and toss the box if there wasn’t.

Sorry about the pipes! Sound rough! Those things do force us to take care of all the clutter, though. I hope nothing of importance was lost. Basements and attics can be a dangerous place for our heirlooms!
